Atención poco cordial el en check-in. Usualmente no es así. Exigieron mi cédula de identidad para fotocopiarla a lo cual me negué por razones de seguridad, ofreciendo a cambio mi licencia de conductor que legalmente también acredita identidad pero no fué bien recibido. Mucho monologo poco amable, demasiada negatividad. Al pedir la posición de habitación en la ubicación que acostumbro, se me dijo que no se podía porque las habitaciones ya estaban asignadas sin siquiera mirar que justamente la asignada era la que yo estaba pidiendo. Hubo un cambio en el trato habitual como cliente frecuente, exigiendo el pago inmediato. Así no dan ganas de volver. Al contrario, el personal del restaurante fueron muy cordiales.

Very nice hotel, but with a disappointing breakfast. No bacon, no pancakes or waffles, not even a bagel and cream cheese, and almost ALL the yogurt was only ONE flavor (banana!), although the fruit was plentiful and very fresh once they finally restocked it!

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very helpful when we had questions. The breakfast had plenty of options and the bread in the restaurant was exceptional.
