客室は清潔でした。受付に２人いて２人とも前のお客様の相手をしていて２人いるのだから１人はこっちの受付に対応してもらえると尚よかった。前のお客様の気遣いで事なきを得た。客室番号が4だったのであまりいい番号ではないなと思った。4と9と13は出来れば除いて欲しいかなと思ったが、それはホテル側の都合なので検討してもらえると助かります。

チェックインの際のご説明がとても分かりやすく、不自由なく快適に過ごせました。 お部屋･バスルームともにとても綺麗でした。 車で来ましたが、買い物のとき駐車場から道路に出る必要なく隣のスーパーにアクセス出来るので、すごく快適でした。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。
