The house and its foundation walls date back to 1608 and form the cornerstone of our Neuhaus estate in St. Sigmund, in beautiful South Tyrol! In 2020–21, it was lovingly renovated into modern apartments with historic charm.

An open-air spa area with a hot tub, an infrared sauna, and comfortable sun loungers is also a must. Open year-round!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
