Kaindl Vacation Apartment

Our newly furnished vacation rental is located in the idyllic village of Knesing, near Chieming. Surrounded by numerous fruit trees, meadows, and forests, our house was newly built in 2017. The vacation rental is on the 2nd floor and offers a view from the west-facing balcony over forests and meadows all the way to the Kampenwand. The 60-square-meter apartment features an open-concept kitchen with a living/dining area, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a balcony with a mountain view, and a small dining area. In the entrance area of the stairwell, you can securely store your bicycles if needed. A parking space in front of the house is, of course, included.<br> We put our heart and soul into refurnishing our vacation apartment for you in 2022. The well-equipped open-concept kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.The spacious dining area is perfect for cozy get-togethers, lively conversations, and making vacation plans. In front of the large flat-screen TV, you can settle in on the comfortable couch, unwind, and wind down the evening. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a built-in radio, and a washing machine. Towels are provided for you, and you’ll also find a hair dryer and a small selection of toiletries. A cozy box-spring double bed (200x200 cm), complete with bedding, ensures you get a well-deserved, restful night’s sleep in the bedroom. The window is fitted with a mosquito net and curtains to darken the room. Of course, a closet is available for your clothes. There is a safe inside the closet<br> Thanks to its central location, our vacation rental is ideal for hiking, biking, and swimming trips in the summer, as well as for skiing in the winter. The picturesque eastern shore of Lake Chiemsee in Chieming, with its promenade, is just a few minutes’ drive away. If you’d like to improve your golf game, the Chieming Golf Club is only 500 m away. The Alz-Bad in Truchtlaching, with swimming opportunities and raft/inflatable boat rides, is 4 km away. Or you can explore our local mountains and lakes by bike and enjoy the beautiful scenery. For culinary highlights during your stay, there are countless highly recommended restaurants in the area. Larger shopping centers, restaurants, cultural events, cafés, ice cream parlors, and much more are available in the nearest towns, such as Traunreut (5 km) and Traunstein (10 km). Salzburg, with its many beautiful little alleys in the old town, is 40 km away. The Berchtesgaden National Park and Königssee are 48 km away. Munich, the capital of Bavaria, is 100 km away. The nearest A8 highway entrance is in Grabenstätt, 12 km away.<br> Hello!
