For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. You’ll find rest and relaxation in our luxurious 5-star “Tiroler Ache” vacation apartment on the first floor of the Kirchmaier Vacation Farm. You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive. The bright and open atmosphere, featuring plenty of real wood furnishings, is complemented by the harmoniously coordinated interior design and the luxurious bathroom with a rain shower. On the spacious west-facing terrace with a lake view, you can unwind, enjoy the stunning natural surroundings of our vacation farm, and end your day with an unforgettable sunset.
