Enjoy Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps!<br> The exquisite location of the vacation rental in Haus Irmingard, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Chiemsee, promises wonderful days against the picturesque backdrop of the Alpine foothills.<br> The stylishly furnished vacation rental is located in a new building constructed in 2023. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch*, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen-living area opens onto a private, furnished south-facing balcony.<br> *The pull-out couch is suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children up to 12 years of age. For groups of 4 adults or 2 teenage children, an additional guest bed will be provided in addition to the pull-out couch.<br> Towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge in this vacation rental. We’re happy to provide baby gear (high chair, travel crib) upon request. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack.<br> Despite its close proximity to the town center, the vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area; free parking is available right in front of the property.<br> The charming town center of Chieming, with plenty of shopping options (e.g., supermarket, bakery, butcher, village store), an ice cream parlor, restaurants, and the tourist information office, is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br> Chieming is an ideal starting point for sports and cultural activities, as well as excursions around Lake Chiemsee—including Herreninsel and Fraueninsel—to the nearby former salt-mining town of Traunstein, to Salzburg in Austria, and into the Chiemgau mountains.
