For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. The new, open-concept 5-star luxury vacation apartment “Badesteg” on the top floor will envelop you in its inviting atmosphere. In your lovingly and thoughtfully designed vacation home, you’ll spend unforgettable days and recharge your batteries. The subtle lighting, rustic real-wood furnishings, and perfectly coordinated colors create a truly relaxing experience. The modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower also contributes to this feeling. On the large west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Chiemgau mountains and make plans for the next day of your vacation.
