Staff was extremely nice. Plenty of places to park. Put for the Jacuzzi, which was in operative. Lighting in room was extremely poor. One lamp flickered the entire time it was on and another lamp had no lightbulb. We were in a smoking room with no ashtray. Bedding was comfortable, but the bed itself was not. other than that It was like a normal stay at any hotel at that value.

The curtains had areas torn, the heater did not work for the first hour after setting it and the floor was dirty along the edges and the toilet paper holder was dirty when I had to add a roll. The pillows were small.

Checked back out after seeing condition of room and bathroom. All plumbing was significantly loose and barely working. Extremely noisy outside where you couldn’t even sleep due to the noise. Horrible place to stay.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Old dated worn out. No hot water, lukewarm at best. Beds are awful, curtains full of holes. We’ll never sat at another Days inn.

Could not close the bathroom door because toilet blocked it. No drain plug in tub so had to block it with a plastic cup to take a bath. Sink drain plug was on vanity countertop and could not be installed. Paint splotchy on bathroom walls. Desk clerk had to tell us a hint to get hot water in tub. Refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. room was in very poor condition.

The room was deplorable. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. The chairs were dirty. Thier were stains on the bed covering. We would like a refund, we were there for one (1) hour. We reported it to the front office they came to check the room, they offered a different room, there stains on the Funiture. We left in disgust. Please help
