You`ll have access to two homes, plus the art studio in between. The large home (4bd, 3ba), 3300 sq ft is for up to 12 and has spacious open concept areas for gathering. The small home (3bd, 2ba) 1100 sq ft is nice for an additional 6-8 guests. Large TVs. Pool table & Arcade games. Close to downtown!

We ask that all outdoor spaces on the property be mindful of the 8:30pm quite hours to be respectful of all our neighbors. Please simply bring your vacation inside during quite hours to help us maintain good relationships in the neighborhood.

Violators will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
