This typical Andalusian vacation home is lovingly and fully furnished. It’s perfect for an independent vacation and is ideally located for quick access to the beach, the golf course, horseback riding, tennis, and more. There are also two excellent, traditional Andalusian restaurants within walking distance. Not far behind the house, there are several hiking trails that lead through the pine forest or across the fields, offering a bit of variety for joggers as well. The house itself also has its own parking space on the property, and there is ample outdoor parking available. The outdoor area features a garden with fruit trees (fig, medlar, orange, lemon, olive) and palm trees, as well as decorative Mediterranean plants. There is a large, covered, and sheltered barbecue area with space for 6 people and a stone grill with a serving counter. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and cushions, plus a large umbrella. The large private pool (8x4 m) with step entry and a depth of 1.30–1.60 m is also ideal for children and older adults. A cozy chill-out corner in the citrus garden invites you to relax. From the terrace with its comfortable seating area, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset. The house also features excellent insulation and air circulation; air conditioning is currently available centrally in the master bedroom and in the living area. The living room features a fireplace, a cozy seating area with a TV, and a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and range hood, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine (outdoor drying area), two coffee makers (filter and capsule), toaster, electric kettle, and an island with bar stools—perfect for cooking together. The kitchen overlooks the pool area and has its own door leading outside. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and lovingly decorated. The master bedroom features a bay window overlooking the garden and an en suite bathroom with a shower tray, toilet, and bidet, as well as a marble vanity with a countertop sink and a heated mirror. The second bedroom features a French double bed (1.50 m), and the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that sleeps two people. The large bathroom has a spacious shower with a rain showerhead, as well as a toilet, bidet, and a marble vanity. A long hallway connects all the rooms. Thanks to its excellent location on the old coastal road, you can quickly reach the highway without having to drive through town; the center of Chiclana is about 5 km away, the famous La Barossa Beach is just under 2 km away, and the stunning bays of Roche and Conil are only a short drive away. Various golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Tennis courts and horseback riding facilities in the surrounding area are also highly recommended. There are plenty of supermarkets in every direction, catering to every taste, and they’re all easily accessible. A clinic is located just 5 minutes away.
