Outside you will find a covered, furnished terrace for private use, a spacious, lovingly laid out community garden as well as a pool, a children's pool and outdoor showers, which are also shared with other residents and guests of the complex. A shopping centre as well as numerous restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The famous sandy beach, Playa de la Barrosa, is 1.5 km or 4 minutes by car away.
