The room was clean and comfortable especially for the price. Our only complaint were the pillows. They were a little thin to only have one for each of us. Overall, though, we'd stay here again.

Five Unforgettable Nights

We got one set of towels free. They charged $3 for each additional set off towels or you could do laundry on your towels, which consists of a face towel and a dry towel only. I was told this upon check in. You had to wait until 12 noon to do the exchange. No blackout drapes, only blind. Extremely noisy room because we were above the laundry and maintenance room. Would not recommend this hotel.

This was my first stay at any Woodspring, and it went very badly because of one person: the front desk old lady. I had booked a room just for one night as a break during a long road trip with my family. When we arrived around 11 PM, all the doors were locked. I had to call the number provided by Expedia, and the lady answered sounding clearly half-asleep. I understand it’s late, but I had already paid for the room. Instead of helping, she started shouting over the phone. She eventually came downstairs and checked us in but kept complaining, saying she hates Expedia and that no Woodspring allows check-in after 10 PM, blaming Expedia for not showing it. However, this was never mentioned anywhere on my booking. Her tone was extremely rude; I honestly felt like I was begging her to let me stay in a room I had already paid for (just becuse I booked it using Expedia). The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, truly top-notch. I liked everything about the room and the property, felt too secured as well. But because of that unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the front desk, I would rate this stay 0/5 if possible. To Expedia: if certain hotels have check-in restrictions, please make them clearly visible so customers don’t end up being harassed for using your platform.

The room was clean (but also very overpowering/nauseating chemical smell). Staff was nice. The noise from the other tenants in the rooms around you was the worst part. It sounded like the people above me were rearranging furniture every 10 minutes. When i asked for my room to be switched due to the noise, I was told every room was sold out with no other option but to leave. 3/10 for me.

Definitely not a pleasant stay!!! The room was good and what it offered was fine. Lack of communication by GM to staff to guests absolutely horrible. Based on this experience over hardly anything and no real explanation Woodspring Suites is off my list permanently!!!!

Bed was terrible- it’s like the metal frame you can buy on Amazon for some $60 with a mattress on top. No shampoo/conditioner in the shower; I didn’t ask the front desk so maybe they provide it if you ask.
