Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Room was clean and functional for what we needed. Room had shampoo and soap, but no conditioner. No do not disturb signs available. Walls are on the thin side. Only big complaint is that there seemed to be some long term residents that just sat outside smoking all day blocking the upper walkway.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was nice, but it’s like they did nothing to prepare the stay. Check in was 3pm, get there just after 3 and told we can’t go in the room until 3:30 because they were still cleaning it. We get to the room and it immediately stinks horribly, and nothing was clean. Our sheets and towels all had random stains on them, both beds had cigarette burns in the blanket, and the pillows were also stained. Considered sleeping in the car instead. Terrible overall experience.
