Spacious Single Family House with Parking

Single family house in the heart of Chicago’s Pilsen community. This mid-century home is flooded with natural light and features an open floor plan with a kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room. The main level has 2 large bedrooms and 1 completely renovated bath. Lower level has a family room and one additional bedroom (queen bed) and half bath. There is also a twin bed in Fam. room. Private backyard w/6-person table, grill and patio with lounge furniture.

Location/Parking/Public Transit:
- The driveway pad accommodates 2 cars/SUVs but not huge trucks or jumbo SUVs. I can provide parking passes to park on the street if necessary.
- Only two blocks to the CTA Pink Line Station which gets you into the the Loop (Downtown) in less than 15 mins.
- The home is located between two major expressways; I-55 is one mile south and I-290 is one mile north.

Misc. Notes:
This is an older home that has been in our family for forever! It's been very well maintained but some features are a bit older. The original 1964 kitchen is in great shape and the appliances have all been updated. The lower level is wide open but the still has some of the older finishes and quirky features from when we were kids. The half bath in the basement has some vintage wall paper that is sure to bring you back to the 1970's.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, which features a microwave. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
