This property was disgusting and filthy!!! There was grease all over the microwave, the oven was disgusting with spills, splatters, and grease, and the cleanliness of the refrigerator and freezer were unacceptable. Vents were full of dust, the master bedroom shower had mold in it, the main bathroom vanity and mirror were falling apart and peeling. There were spilled liquids on the floors. Light switches, door knob areas, and electrical outlets were visibly dirty. There was a broken light in the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the crib. The master bedroom had hair on the blanket/sheets, a broken closet door, a damaged floor lamp, and a sagging curtain rod. My family and I booked this for my daughter’s wedding. It was so disgusting, there was no way we could stay there for the entire booking. We had to rent 3 hotel rooms at the last minute. I messaged Waleed Rehman to report my dissatisfaction with the overall condition and cleanliness of the property and advised that I took numerous photos (over 30) to document my concerns. Those photos were provided to him/her via email and also to VRBO customer service. Waleed finally provided a response indicating that a refund would not be provided and the case is considered closed. I contacted VRBO customer service 5 times over 2 days before I finally got through. My calls were disconnected 4 times. When they tried contacting Waleed, he did not respond to their attempts to help resolve the concerns. Horrible host. Horrible property.
