Would give this 5 stars, if not for the check in problem. Be warned: This hotel will put a hold of Double the cost of the room ($300) at check-in to be release AFTER check out. I anticipated a hold of about $100, or even the cost of the room. But for a $300 stay, $550 was charged to my card. Thank God I had the money in my bank acct. to cover it. But it lefter me with exactly $50 for a 4 day 3 night stay. I was there for a funeral, so I had no choice. And it was -7 degrees, And I arrived after 8 pm. This is not in the description. It is not explained before you book the room. I never would have booked this room knowing this. That being said: The room, itself, was very nice. Again, I can't give it 5-stars because there was a musty smell. It was very comfortable. Spacious. The kitchen is nice if you are on a budget, a nice touch. I bought dinner at Whole Foods to save money. The location is awsome. I took the bus, and was less than a few blocks from the bus stop. The Breakfast was delicious. The only feedback would be to offer bacon on alternate days from the sausage. But the sausage was delicious. The fruit selection was limited to apples and bananas. It would be nice to have a pastry or muffin. But the muffins and bagels were great. The Breakfast was really a nice feature and tool the price of my travel. The funeral was last minute so on a budget. Also would be nice to cast phone onto the TV. Not offered. The apps were limited. Overall nice stay.

They never honored the Expedia credits/gold member in valet Parking. They charge me in full. They didn't clean the room and didn't replenish the towels on 2nd night of stay, even after 2 request. Poor customer service aside from one of the desk guy name John. He's very helpful but the rest are 👎.
