My stay was incredible? My only complaint is that when I selected the pay later at the property option, that logistically did not work for this type of stay. This property did not have a reception desk with humans working, so paying at the property would not have worked. If I would not have contacted Sonder and Hotels.com via chat, the night before, I would have been stranded outside of the property without an access code, in downtown Chicago. All was resolved quickly the night before, so no worries.

Chicago West Loop stay

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Location was great for what we needed to do. The only less than positive comment would be that 4:00pm is late for check in and $15/hr fee for early check in is unusual for a hotel stay.

Fantastically located snd brilliantly appointed aparthotel. Absolutely perfect for our stay, where we were competing at the HYROX world championships. The room was super spacious and had all amenities you could wish for.
