Beautiful open space with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - just minutes from SeatGeek Stadium, which made it super convenient. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

Biz trip stay for traveling catering team.

Rented for business stay. It suited our needs. Main entrance room was spacious. We would consider renting this again. Only real drawback is one bath room for a mixed gender group. (If you do not buy beers for your visit, there is bar next door that makes it convenient to relax at the end of the day but no food at the bar).

It was a decent place to stay, the only thing was the neighbors were arguing and stopping pretty loudly. They woke my husband and I up at 2:24am and didn’t settle down until about 5am.

Simple yet well appointed

We booked this property as we were working at the DNC. JD was very attentive and responded to every question. We only had one issue which JD responded to immediately. He was very communicative which is very appreciated. The only negative "if I could call it that" the 4th sleeping space is not a sleeper sofa but a queen air mattress. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return. Thank you for everything.

Clean place & good location

I stayed with my wife, two teenage daughters, and my 10-year-old son. We used this place as a based to visit Chicago instead of renting a hotel downtown. This was more affordable and had much more space than a hotel room. The place was clean and inviting. The temperature was nice and warm despite it being very cold outside. There was no noise to keep us up at night, and we felt safe. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. He even let us in early after we unexpectedly arrived before our scheduled check-in. The neighborhood was great with lots of conveniences and restaurants nearby. The Torres Fresh Market grocery store is walkable and is a great place to stock up. We were able to take CTA's Pink Line into downtown Chicago and found that to be a comfortable and convenient ride.

False accusations

I kept getting threats about police getting called in us in regards to a party and loud noise. I was told I can have a little family get together, nothing l loud. Throughout the night I was getting messages saying. We’re too loud and cops were going to be called and we weren’t even in the apartment, we stepped out to a bar. Then at 5am I was told cops were coming again for no reason when I was just watching a movie.
