This place was perfectly located for me to decompress before a medical procedure I had done very close by at Stella Center. I’m a veteran with Ptsd and this was the perfect place to reset my nervous system in peace. I spent every morning and every evening on the dock/deck watching the sun come up or go down and I watched the various birds and turtles. It was very calming to my nervous system.This rental is very close to Naperville, which has a wonderful botanical garden and a great little river running through it. My family lived close enough that my commute was only about 40 minutes to anyone’s house. Some live in Lake County and some live on the southside.I would have to say this was a real quiet, private place to gain strength and journal. I ended up basically deciding, after staying there 10 days, I’m gonna conquer the world! I’m gonna make Peace cool again! I definitely will stay there again. I felt so safe and I felt it was a serene environment for someone who needs peace.
