Everybody was friendly at this hotel! However, the shower had a bunch of white junk that made the water get the of about 5 inches deep and taking a shower, not training well and it was a terrible showerhead that looked like it could come off for you to be able to put it on your back leg and I couldn’t figure out how to work it also need to have a table with a couple of chairs to eat in our room and or playing cards

One bad thing is that hotel advertising that he have. Ev charging station and he doesn’t that why I picked him so Expedia got to do better job or remove him from that ev charger category

I checked in at 12 o’clock at night because my flight was late so I went to the room I was checking the bathroom and the bedroom and the bathroom wall had roaches and the bedroom so I called the front desk and asked them if I could check out because the roaches about to charge for the room after they said they’re not gonna charge for the room because I spent 10 minutes in it then I Had to call the manager because they charged me for the room and she believe is like a favor to me that she will refund me the money and the place has invested with roaches

not so great.

Pretty dirty - carpets, elevators. Harsh flourescent bulbs in lobby and dining area. Bathroom was dingy, rusty, and mouldy around the tub. 2 light fixtures did not work in our room. Wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Very clean property with an accommodating staff. I needed silverware after not receiving any with my dinner and the front desk was able to provide me with a full set of silverware. The room was very clean and the bathroom was stocked with towels and toilet paper.

The entire 5th floor of the hotel had no air conditioning which included our room when we arrived it showed 90 degrees in our room. We were moved to a different room and floor at our request which was cooler but there were holes on the walls Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
