Really amazing place. Adorable house, plenty of space, conveniently located. Great linens on the beds & amenities in the bathroom. Owner was incredibly flexible and responsive and great to work here. Had three visitors from Europe and they absolutely loved the place and had a great time. Would 100% stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Our family stayed for a few days and had a great time. The kitchen is great, outfitted with cooking spices and equipment. We were disappointed to find that the living room couch was not a bed or even futon, but we made do. The location was great for our needs, being just outside of Chicago, but close to stores of all kinds.

Charming bungalow in great neighborhood

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect bungalow for the 3 of us and in a neighborhood close to everything we needed to get to. Loved the charming rooms, decorative touches, comfortable beds, outdoor sitting area and it was clean. It had everything we needed. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Super clean, cute, little house

Being unfamiliar with the Chicago area, our group of 4 women was looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced, safe area to rent for a long weekend. This was perfect! Everyone liked the cute house which made a great home base and place to hang out. We found nice restaurants in nearby Libertyville and had delicious breakfasts at Mauri's nearby. Great homemade hashbrowns!

It's a wonderful property, with lots of character. "Quaint" is a perfect term for it! It was spotless when we arrived, all the appliances are new and worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We didn't have any problems at all. Our communication with the property managers was excellent - always received a speedy reply. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Great Neighborhood

A charming older home. Great neighborhood. Window a/c units kept us comfortable in 90° weather. Bathroom has been updated but kitchen could use some TLC. Queen bed is comfortable but low to the ground. Aminities were well thought out to make our stay more comfortable. Easy drive to Northbrook Sports Club and lots of great restaurants. Austin's restaurant was especially good. We had the fish n chips and easily could have shared the meal.

Fit our needs perfectly

Very charming! Quiet neighborhood. Easy communication with the hosts. Plenty of linens and towels, confident in their cleanliness. Kitchen could use a little spruce up, and the floors (due to the vintage nature of the house) were quite squeaky. However, neither of these things would keep us from staying again. I highly recommend.

Old but charming

Home is an older home but redone nice. Since it is an older home the floors squeak a lot when walking on them. The heat was hard to regulate since it’s the old radiator heat but once it gets warm you will be toasty. The half bath in the basement isn’t appealing since the basement leading to it is old and dreary looking. The bath upstairs is really nice. The backyard is nice.
