Not the best motel in Joliet, but not the worst either. This isn't even the worst Motel 6 in Joliet, so there's that.

I was very surprised we needed good value for our buck and found it here. It’s actually the best Motel 6 I’ve ever been to I asked if there was a pool when I got there. It was clean the staff was on point and it was really quite no loitering or riff raff. When I’m in the area this will be my go to everytime.

There is a lot of long-term residents in this motel and many of them have dogs. If you're wanting to go there just for sleep, beware that they have dogs and that they bark very late into the night. I called to the front desk to complain and I was told that quiet time doesn't start till ten pm... Again for the value and if you have your ear plugs and can handle noise, it is a good location to pick for a couple of nights.

The staff was very nice. The hotel itself is very run down. Needs new carpet (it's disgusting), the elevator smells strongly of urine, the bed was extremely broken down and lumpy. There were multiple burn holes in the blanket.
