Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.

In this neighborhood, you’ll find casual and tasty options like Stella’s Diner for hearty breakfasts, Crisp for Korean-style wings, Flub A Dub Chub’s for hot dogs, Zaza’s Pizzeria for NY-style pies, and Yellowtail Sushi for fresh rolls.



This area offers a great mix of eats—from breakfast at Stella’s Diner to crispy Korean wings at Crisp, classic hot dogs at Flub A Dub Chub’s, NY-style pizza at Zaza’s, and fresh sushi at Yellowtail.

For everyone's security in the property, please note that we may request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes before your stay. Rest assured your information will be handled with care, used solely for verification, and never shared or stored beyond what’s necessary.



Only cats are welcome with prior approval and a per pet fee of $75. Pets may not be left unattended unless in a secure crate or carrier, must respect quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or extra cleaning for hair or odors.
