This lovely home, filled with natural light, is ready for occupancy on March 1st. It is conveniently located near several Evanston destinations, such as the Lakefront, Northwestern University, Downtown Evanston, Central Street Business District, Canal Shores Golf Course, Evanston Hospital, Lincolnwood Elementary School, Lighthouse Beach, Metra & El.We are looking for a great tenant to enjoy our home while we are gone.
Our home has a cozy, laid-back vibe in a great neighborhood. The home is dog friendly in a very dog-friendly neighborhood with great walks and parks nearby.
The kitchen has an open concept to the dining area with an island and stools to enjoy cooking and eating with family and friends. Living room with sectional couch, tv, and wood burning fireplace.
A deck right off the kitchen and dining room overlooks a fenced yard that has a solo stove and grill. A garage and a side pad with a basketball hoop orto store another vehicle.
Front sun-lit room with desk and round table for eating or playing games and cards.
Three bedrooms with one master bath and a second full bath.
This is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Evanston area for an extended period of time.
