I celebrated my birthday during my stay at Level Chicago. It was amazing! My room was great! It looked just like the pictures. The amenities being 24 hours was the perfect touch. I am a night owl and I was able to get out of my room and go into the lounge areas and/or jacuzzi when needed during my stay! Level owes me nothing!! Best hotel stay I’ve had in Chicago.

Room was average a little bit more compressed than I remember also the staff nice but they pick and choose who to show that love to && Also got charged an extra $22.23 from the deposit for I don’t know what when I was told to just bring $200 on a card and was told that the $22.23 was gonna be kept aside from the $200 for NO REASON ADDED I been here before to know it doesn’t always run like this so it could’ve just been a bad stay or time to book holidays

While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the bathroom lock in my room was broken which resulted in me getting locked inside on my first night. It took maintenance/staff 45 minutes to get me out, which resulted in me being late for dinner reservations. I would like to say--Langston is the one who finally set me free and he was great and incredibly apologetic.

The room was nice and clean. It came with a washer and dryer. The layout of it looked like an apartment lol it definitely was worth every penny! The ONLY thing I disliked about it was the parking. The parking is very tight and someone kept parking in our "assigned" spots. So, we had to keep getting new spots. But other than that it was wonderful.

We booked 2 1-bedroom suites for our wedding weekend for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready. Upon check in, we were given a 1 bedroom suite and a studio room. Level claimed it was due to how the booking came through from Expedia (hotels.com) despite my email confirmation showing the correct rooms were booked. The rooms were nice but this was a very stressful way to start our wedding weekend and we absolutely needed the extra space the 1 bdr suite provided.
