Welcome to our charming and elegantly updated 3BD/1BA apartment in Rogers Park!

Boasting the charms of a 100 year old building, perfectly paired with modern luxuries, our apartment features a work station, laundry, and a quiet backyard. Located just a 4-minute walk from the Metra station, providing easy access to downtown Chicago, and 1 mile from the beautiful Lake Michigan beach, our apartment is the perfect place to call home while exploring everything that the city has to offer.

Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the last one has a full sized bed.

The unit is on the second floor so you have amazing light throughout and a great view of the street below.

There is no designated parking spot, though there is ample free street parking available.

Our home is nestled in a friendly and welcoming community. While we aim to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing stay, please note that this is a shared building, and you may occasionally hear sounds from the wonderful neighbors upstairs. They are typically very quiet and respectful, but light noise can occur from time to time.

We believe in full transparency and want to ensure that your expectations are met. Rest assured, the neighbors are kind and understanding, and we’ve rarely experienced any disruptions. If you have any concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we’re always happy to help.

Great place for group gathering

A reunion of several high school classmates of a certain age required several bedrooms and this was great — with new furnishings, kitchen , etc. I particularly appreciated the promptness with which the host responded to queries through the VRBO app. One very minor recommendation—if you are shopping to stock food for the weekend, buy a bag of ice as there is no functioning ice maker.

Great place!

This home is conveniently located close to Loyola University. We loved being able to have family time as well as easily taking in all the university activities surrounding the graduation. The place has a comfortable vibe and all the amenities we wanted!

Very comfortable place

We flew to Chicago for a family/friend reunion. We were 10 people. We rented the place at 1853 W Estes Av. and had a fantastic time. We recommend this place for a large family/friend reunion.

Friends Vacation

The photos do not do justice to the size and beauty of this property. There are 2 bedrooms with large closets on the main level with a full bath. There are 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, and sitting area in the basement. Laundry on site, full kitchen, pack and play, and a highchair. The host is responsive to messages and very kind. 10/10 recommend if traveling with a group and/or children.
