The check-in process was unclear, and the customer service was poor. During my interaction, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and spoke over my explanation rather than listening, which made resolving the issue difficult. Due to this experience, I chose to book with the hotel across the highway, where the check-in process was efficient and professional.

staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and well maintained. we had to change plans a couple times and they worked with us despite last minute requests. food was not as exemplary as we expected tho. i wish we used the pool. it looked so good to be in there but we didn’t have any suits.

We were in town for our son's graduation from Naval Academy. On 1/16/26 at around 4:30am the fire alarm went off for a good 20 minutes. The fire department, police and emergency service personnel arrived. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Pool had sooo much chlorine you couldn’t keep your eyes open and your eyes stung. I rented a 2nd room and accidentally forgot to hand in the keys for the 2nd room Friday. No one went into the room-room was not used. I apologized for the confusion, explained that no one had been in the room and that I didn’t hand in the key until 4:30pm. They were not forgiving and had the audacity to say that they had to charge me over a $100 because they couldn’t rent the room!!!! I asked how many inquiries they received and they couldn’t give me an answer. I even explained that I was there for a military graduation and they wouldn’t budget. I understand that it was my fault for not handing in the key 4 hours earlier but they are unforgiving and desensitized!!!!! Would never rent there again!!!!!

Black Mold on the property needs to be taken care of, you can see it on the hallway ceilings, carpet on the hallways and stairs needs to be replaced is dirty, and stinks. I was on the 2nd floor. The place has a funky bad smell overall. The water and juice are from a soda type machine so no thank you who knows if it gets cleaned. The plumbing makes quite a bit of noise.
