We found a lot of dog hair in our room despite we asked for a non pet room due to my wife's allergy. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude. We won't never come back there!

I use a wheelchair so I had a handicap room. Everything was perfect except the bed was too high! Also the floor was dirty. No carpet which I loved but my hands were filthy from rolling around the room! Other than the bed being too high the room had every accessible feature I could think of.
