Staff was great and everything was nice just paid for city view and didn’t get it. Made it seem impossible to address the issue but everything was good just I feel slightly ripped off that in description of room I paid for, it says city view and I didn’t get that. I didn’t even get a mention that it was going to be that room. I have booked before and got city view just idk why this time.

I stayed 5 nights total, 4 nights in a two BR, 1 bath with a balcony and the last night in a one BR. The 2BR was great. It faced East, received a lot of sunlight, was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. The gym had what I needed too. actually liked sleeping with the sound of the el nearby because I used to live in the area. I did not give it 5 stars because the walls are super thin. Someone had a party next to me and it was impossible to sleep hearing voices straight through the walls. Being a newer building, I don’t think the best quality appliances or fixtures were chosen. My ice machine wasn’t working and the heat/fan only worked in certain areas in the 2BR. Additional lighting should be added. The 1BR shower fixtures and drain needed some attention. That said, Mihajlo and the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive and helped me with whatever I needed. The 1BR seemed more like a studio to m. I’d prefer to book directly through Level, but it was a better price with Expedia. I still thought it was pricey but I was overall happy with my stay.

The rooms were great. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen and extremely clean. We loved having access to the 8th floor with the steam room, sauna, fitness center, game rooms, and socializing areas 24/7. Would love to experience it in the summer with the pool and outdoor areas. We were also fortunate enough to attend during their Christmas Brunch buffet which was such a great perk! If the price stays around the same, I will continue to stay at Level hotels exclusively in any cities I visit that has one! I’ve already told so many people about my wonderful hotel experience.

Room was spotless, all the kitchen amenities were provided such as a Nespresso machine with refills, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The refrigerator has a water dispenser inside full-size freezer microwave dishwasher. They provide dishwashing detergent and dish soap. Paper towels. Stackable washer and dryer they supply a single sample of laundry detergent to do laundry then you’re on your own. Aldi is on the first floor so if you need anything grocery is available. there is a café attached to the building. Workout area is immaculately cleaned every day. There is a game room a large area to watch TV. we did not bring our pet, but there is an area on the rooftop for pets to run around and there’s green space down below. A full basketball court and an area for children to play. it was winter so the pool and hot tub were closed. they provide fresh linens and towels as needed. They are very prompt and answer the phone quickly. The parking is secure and well lit. Location is in a safe neighborhood. Across the street is disco pancakes for breakfast. Target is just down the road and CVS and Jewel grocery stores. This is our second time staying. When we do stay, we stay about a week. It is quiet. Great views.
