A very clean and spacious apartment with a great view. The parking garage right next to the building is very convenient. If the water pressure be improved, that will be perfect.

The property was very nice and in a great location (Chicago South Loop). The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It has a very pleasant balcony and very good views, you also have access to a roof top terrace that has amazing views and a business centre on the ground floor. A drawback is that there is not a dedicated concierge and no place to leave luggage if you arrive early or plan to be in town for a few hours after checkout. That said, I would stay again.

Kasa South Loop Chicago was perfect for our stay. We were able to check-in without any problems. Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. I slept on the fold out sofa, which was comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and answered any questions that I had. The location was perfect. Stores and public transportation, Target/Trader Joes and bus/subway were within a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend Kasa!

This property was so amazing! Very clean, great communication from the host and an amazing and safe neighborhood. My partner and I walked to most of our tourist attractions and felt very safe! There are so many restaurants and cafe around to visit. Would highly recommend 10/10

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our second trip to Kasa and hopefully not our last. We LOVE the balcony and lake view. The rooftop deck is amazing as well. The neighborhood is safe and wonderful with lots to explore. Target is 2 minutes away. It is around a 30 minute walk to the lakefront, soldier field, or the bean. Perfect location!

We liked that this location offered parking! As you know parking can be tough & costly too. The grounds were also very nice. Loved the amenities, like business center, as well. Room was clean. Not as spacious as I thought as there was no living room/sitting area. Hoped for at least a small sofa. The blinds did not keep the room dark. Too much daylight in the early morning. The a/c was also very loud & might need to be serviced. Liked the full kitchen, spacious bathroom, & king sized bed.

Everything was exactly as we expected. We really enjoyed the space and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very walkable area as well and the view was great. Our only gripe would be the bed. It was very firm and uncomfortable if you’re use to sleeping in a softer bed. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.
