Good room and okay service but it completely ruined out stay when there was no hot water in the shower. It only got mildly warm. Called the desk at night they said they don’t know anything abour water not being hot. Same thing in the morning, had to shower with cold water before we left.

I wouldn’t book here again !! The location for the stay walking distance to mostly everything !! The staff was not friendly at all , there is no microwave, which was a li crazy to me it’s a tourist hotel so o was thrown off , had to keep calling for housekeeping to come drop towels Overall 3.5/10 ( only the scores because of the location )

We arrived for a two night stay and chose the Ivy Hotel because of its proximity to Northwestern Hospital which was perfect. The room is big, comfortable with all the necessities. It’s a small hotel, only 6 rooms per floor. On the second night, the music from another room was extremely loud until 2am. We could hear talking and doors closing. It wasn’t coming from our floor so not sure where but it was awful.

Parking was a nightmare. No parking at the hotel, and the public parking garage was full. There was nothing to do at the hotel, and the "sky bar" was occupied with a group. The room was very nice and spacious, however.

The room was clean and spacious with great views. Hotel was close to shopping and walking distance to Navy Pier. Great restaurants nearby especially id you like Chicago's style pizza. Most importantly the staff is amazing.
