Very clean room! We enjoyed the small bar in the lobby. We signed up for Hyatt rewards and received free water bottles. Good location for sightseeing. Decent view.

My flight was cancelled due to maintenance so I called to this hotel BEFORE check in and they did not want to move or cancel my reservation. I called both Expedia and Hyatt and none of them cares for their clients. I was left alone in the airport with my small children!! They did not cared and they kept my money. I don't recommend this place and I will take the legal steps to get make them accountable.

Well located, clean and modern hotel that does everything well without being outstanding. Staff were all helpful and dealt with things quickly. Soundproofing between rooms could be MUCH better though. The singing and loud TV at 1am and loud nocturnal activities at 3am from the room next door suggests they were *really* enjoying themselves but not great when you're jetlagged and need to attend morning meetings.

Helpful and friendly staff. It was very convenient you’re able to check out through the app as well as text the staff instead of calling or walking down. I always stay at Hyatt Place in the loop and look forward to each visit.

They don’t have parking and you must pay 65 dollars a night on the public parking across the street. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location, a couple blocks from the sky deck and the rooms and pool are decent

There is no parking onsite, the temperature sensor was ~2 ft from the window so it was difficult to cool the room down. Small trash cans. Room service every other day, contrary to the daily that was advertised. Bathroom was really nice, great lighting; master switch to turn off lamps easily. TV available to cast to phones easily, wifi easy to set up, ample outlets on each bedside. Staff was super friendly and happy to help!
