The hotel is beautiful and convenient. It was close to everything and walkable. Location was everything. I wasn’t offered a room upgrade. I booked 2 rooms, spent money at their restaurant…as a VIP member a room upgrade should have been offered

The location so close to Millennium station was perfect. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was very comfortable. Only complaint is the sliding frosted glass bathroom door. Not the best for privacy when sharing a room.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Be prepared to fall asleep to the sounds of car horns and city traffic. The staff was kind, though they didn’t always have the details a tourist might need. The location was excellent—everything was within walking distance, and it was easy to get back to the hotel whether walking or using a rideshare. Accommodation for early check in and late check out was easy - as long as you’re willing to pay.

Clean rooms, great location

Rooms were very clean and supplied with plenty of soap and towels. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Parking is not on site and can get a bit pricy but there are garage options within a couple of blocks from the hotel. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we ate at some excellent places that were close by within walking distance. The location is great in the heart of downtown and very close to lots of things to do. We were in town for Kamala’s book tour and we were able to easily walk to Auditorium Theater from the hotel.
