The hotel staff was amazing and very jind and courteous when we checked in. I wish I remembered the name of rhe gentleman who helped us with directions as we were new to the train system. My favorite place to stay in Chicago. The rooms are fantastic - extremely comfortable beds, high-end amenities (posh toiletries, in-room espresso maker, in-room yoga workouts), and great views of the city. The staff are helpful, friendly, and always make me feel welcome. The location is perfect - easy walking distance from museums, my favorite restaurants, shopping, and the train. The building is very clean, safe, and secure (keycard access only after 9:30 PM). As a solo female traveler, I cannot recommend Arlo Chicago enough.
