We loved our stay. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I’d recommend to improve is sharing more information about the restaurant hours and possible room service. There wasn’t anything posted or listed in my room and the only information I saw was on a handwritten chalkboard.

Naperville Indigo Hotel.

Thumping noise in our ceiling which was reported and undiagnosed therefore unfixable. I was offered a change of rooms but no suites were available. Love the hotel. 4 th time I’ve stayed there. I was assured that an adjustment would be made on my bill.
