PIR and Close to RTC! PERFECT STAY!

If you’re going to Chi for PIR, this is a GREAT location! I’m from Florida and was SHOCKED at how nice everyone was everywhere we went. The hotel is clean and 12 minutes from RTC. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants, Walmart, dollar tree, and Sarges Dinner location. Safe, great breakfast, steaming of the graduation in the dining room for those that don’t have a ticket, a hot dog social for families after the graduation when you take your Sailor to the room to rest/change to Civies. Can’t say enough! Don’t hesitate, just BOOK and grab your door decor at the dollar tree down the block! Congrats!

Worst stay ever!!!!

This was a family gathering once every blue moon. But my time was ruined once I stepped foot on and in this hotel. Your hotel had a bunch of people just barbecuing by the front door like it’s there house or something. Im pretty sure that goes against your safety precautions. The Room I received was a Double bed i requested a king bed. Just one bed not two! There was no housekeeping. I had to go downstairs to grab my own towels and sheets. What kind of business are you guys running here!!!I called ahead of time and requested to use your jacuzzi. And the jets weren’t even working correctly. The main reason why I even came to this hotel in the first place!!!! this experience wasn’t what I was expecting and to top it all off there was no air at night due to the power outage you guys had. Im not satisfied with my experience.

The breakfast is amazing, plentiful and great options! The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable and and the shower was great, hot with good water pressure. Highly recommend, this is an incredible hotel for the price!

We liked the room. The pool is very small. The pictures on site look way bigger. Both the pool and hot tub were cloudy and greenish. Coffee was a very strong brand, undrinkable for me.
