This hotel is excellent!!! Spotless and new…extremely easy check in and staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was worried about the parking, but it was very easy to park in the ramp and get to the hotel. Breakfast was great! The only thing I would change is put coffee makers in the room. They do offer in the lobby.

Nice newer hotel right in the core of Oak Park. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within a short walk. Staff were great and on-site parking was very reasonable at $7 per night in the attached garage. I would give this 5 stars except the window in our room was not soundproof at all so we heard traffic from Lake Street and people loading the dumpsters outside our window at 5:30am. 😔

I had planned a trip with my family and we were looking for hotel options with conditions like shouldn’t be far from airport and downtown. Then we found this hotel which is very convenient for traveling from the airport or from downtown, vice versa. The staff, Chloe and Sandy are very humble and very helpful. We had to come early due to some cancellations and they were kind enough to not only be very supportive or it but went one step ahead to arrange a room for us for our convenience. When there is help like this, it makes travel so much easier. Thank you so much. I’ll be recommending my friends as well. Really love the room, location and everything.
