Horrible place!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service and accommodations did not meet basic expectations, and I encountered several issues that made the experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this property, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve for future guests.

I’ve stayed in some nice holidays inns from the pictures this looked like it would be one but it wasn’t. The hotel had a general overall smell in the rooms and in the hotel overall. It may have been the cleaning products they used because it was overwhelming. My mom refused to stay there and went to my brother’s hotel. Also the fire alarm went off repeatedly while there. Sometimes in the middle of the night as well. When I spoke with reception staff they said that it seems it was a guest pulling the alarm and they were dealing with it. Yet the alarm went off at least 2 more times. They can tell which alarm was pulled and they have cameras so not sure why the person wasn’t dealt with immediately. The room allow appears fresh in the pix just aren’t appealing
