They charged me to park 2 days 10 dollars. No free breakfast, it was $16.50 per person. The pool was broken, my room had a broken handle in the bathroom. Old run down hotel. 200 dollars per night is my problem. I will never stay at hilton garden inn again. I am going to tell everyone I know. This was a pathetic price per night. I would get free drinks and appetizers in down town Chicago. Just a terrible weekend

The hallway on floor 3 had a significant area that was "soft" and it felt like I was going to fall through it. The track for the glass shower door was visibly broken and didn't keep the door shut nor prevent water from going on the floor outside the shower, and the light on either side of the vanity mirror flickered like a strobe light so much so that it gave me a headache. There was a condom on the shelf under the TV and no full length mirror which a traveling female definitely needs. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The highlight was the pleasant and professional staff.
