Upon my arrival, my room was not clean. During my stay, I did not have the "do not disturb" door hanger visible, meaning that I wanted my room to be cleaned. I did not receive the services. I brought this to the front desk staff, she assured me that she would inform the cleaning staff. Hours later the room still was not cleaned. Not sure if they are understaffed for the cleaning staff. The property was in a great location and was clean. I really hate that I had this experience from a Hilton!

The staff was very friendly. But the condition of the hotel was in need of a refresh. The carpet was dirty. The second floor had a foul odor. I have stayed here in the past and thought the quality of this Hilton would still be nice.

It’s decent but that’s about it

This hotel could use an update. It was decent but nothing great. We did have a great woman help us at the front desk on check-in. $30 daily parking is absolutely ridiculous; there is an enormous parking lot and the charge is a nickel and dime move.
