Terrible service

Air conditioner did not turn off making noise and the front desk person from 3rd shift, had a terrible attitude. Safe box did not work and did not fix it. The website says that breakfast is available up to 10am, which is wrong, it is up to 9am. They did not have enough food for all the guests. Very bad experience.

Yesenia (lady at the front desk) honestly went above and beyond for us. Expedia somehow thought I had made a duplicate order for rooms and I guess deleted one (my mother and myself have very similar names). So she did not have a room booked like she was supposed to when we arrived, Yesenia got us taken care of right away and informed us to have Expedia call the front desk so she could confirm the issue and get them to refund my mother the money for the room and they did! She was very kind and understanding about the whole situation and as a whole was just a lovely person for the entire stay of our trip, always asking how everything was and offering bottles of water for our outings to make sure we stayed hydrated. She really made our stay a great experience!

Best Stay in the Area!

The best stay in the area! We stay in hotels surrounding this area frequently due to our Six Flags trips. This Hampton is our favorite place to stay! It consistently has excellent service, it's very clean, and the breakfast is good/offers a variety of food.

Smelled like a Men’s Locker Room with Stinky Shoes

Arrived Wednesday August 13, 2025 late in the evening. We were given a room on the ground floor. We were extremely tired and ready to go to bed. Immediately after opening the door to the room, the smell of stinking shoes, mildew, or even body odor made the hair in our nose curl!! It was absolutely atrocious. Went immediately to the front desk to get another room and was told that no other room was available. We asked for a box fan and only because we were pressed for time to test, stayed in the room. We were there from 11:30 pm Wednesday to Thursday August at 5:00 am. When I initially went to complain about the smell in the room and asked the desk clerk to come smell the room, he immediately said he believed me!!! I guess so, we probably were not the only people to complain about that room!! Had to pick up head cold medication the next day, because all of us had stuffy noses from the foul smell in the darn room. Had to request another room the next day. No problem getting it, but absolutely no mention of taking anything off the price of that disgusting room.

I was impressed with the customer service that I received once I arrived in the lobby by Yesnia. She was very professional, kind, and accommodating with me and my family. Food options were great, that's why we always book with Hampton Inn. The beds and room were welcoming and clean.
