Had a few issues when checking in with the room but were able to be moved to another room. Pool was closed so grandchildren were very disappointed as it was the main reason we booked at this Hampton Inn.

Staff was not welcoming nor friendly. There was not enough food for breakfast to feed the number of guests. Waited for food to come out and then left. Checked back later and still none. Happened both days. Only one elevator worked and waited for 20-30 minutes for it to arrive when we had luggage. Used stairs the rest of the time.
