Headboards had sticky stuff and hair stuck to them. Tub drain slow. Asked front desk to take care of the nasty headboards and they never showed up. Staff seemed nice. For $500 a night I would have liked a couple waters in the room and a cleaner room.

They did not offer a complimentary breakfast, so we did not opt to have their breakfast. I did need to call room service to ask for bedding for the pull-out couch. It took about an hour to receive the bedding & I did have to call a second time to remind them that we had requested it.

I was glad but surprised that my package included parking. We never left, but upon check out, the gate wouldn’t go up, and the machine told us to pay. I went to tell the front desk, and the worker came out and made the gate go up for us!
