It was one of the best VRBOs we stayed in, had everything needed to enjoy our stay except a dishwasher, but that was minor. The owner, Mr. Thompson, was quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet with a park within walking distance. The house was clean, really home away from home. Already planning next stay

The place was neat and clean. The shower was a little hard to adjust. It was also very narrow(shower) the bed was lumpy and my back really hurts right now.

The host was excellent!!! Very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to have a late check out which was very helpful. The house needs updating. The carpet in the master bedroom was very dirty. The chairs in the kitchen were bar stool style and were dirty. There was only a very small table in kitchen not big enough to eat at. The couch in living room had wholes covered with tape. We very disappointed with the condition of the house but the neighborhood was okay. Nice house but lots of work needed. Pictures on the website did not depict true condition of house.

Misleading

There was a lot of dirt and debris on bedroom floors. Toilet seat was falling off. Vents were covered with dust. There were at least 2 broken windows. We left within 10 minutes and rented hotel rooms. Host did not respond when these things were pointed out. Overall, a horrible experience.

Quaint house

Place was as advertised. Owner was very informative and answered all questions quickly. Very quiet neighborhood, had no issues. Only constructive criticism I would offer is to dial down the temp on the hot water heater, way too hot. That and cleaning the vent in the bathroom. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable base for a trip to the area

Easy to find and access. Comfortable and clean. Spacious and open. It was the perfect base in a quiet part of hammond for our trip. Would book again without hesitation.

The property served the purpose perfectly as I expected. Suggestions for a better stay is focus on sanitize and cleanliness with linen all white would help and the shower curtains are full of germs remove the inside one and find other options for that window. Great stay thank you Todd for allowing us to use your property
