open condom wrapper left next to one of my beds, mold on the walls and sink of both rooms bathrooms, the floor is filthy to the touch wipes up black, no manager for the day when i had to checkout. breakfast tasted spoiled and the hot tub gave my brother in law hives!

Staff has really poor communication skills. Might be a language barrier issue not really sure. Make sure you pay attention to how they use your card as mine got changed 3 extra times at front desk. Had multiple issues with them accepting payment n then questioning the card I'm using and essentially making me feel like I'm a criminal at their own front desk.

The channels suck. The tvs are older. The room kept getting hot so you had to keep the air on. The refrigerator never kept anything really cold. The breakfast is not good at all. They can do so much better. I love the pool and hot tube. I hate how the soap changed and no body wash.

Immediately upon checking in we had trouble opening our door. The key card was unlocking the door mechanism, however the door was sticking. We had to have the front desk lady help us open our door numerous times. Eventually after unlocking the door several times it would finally open. There was tons of water damage and mold all over the ceilings and walls, leaks in the shower, dirty bed sheets, faulty shower head, dirty toilet seat, no complimentary water and a rude front desk worker. The bathroom door didn't even shut, and I don't mean that it was hard to close, it was just completely misaligned. I was also locked out of my room on the second day. On the third day, the janitorial staff left the floor soaked after cleaning, someone could have easily slipped.

I absolutely loved the pool. It’s one of my kids favorite activities and the pool was well kept and clean . Also they had a hot tub! Very centrally located as well so you have easy access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very well kept and the staff is excellent. Very helpful and very friendly.
