Both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and neither were cleaned. Including a filthy toilet. Filthy floor and dirty cigarette burned comforters. I have photos. Do NOT stay here. It’s also not even a comfort inn yet and so we got duped into selecting it by reputation but it’s another hotel altogether and the management lies.

Never stay here!

That place needs to be shut down. I left after being there a couple hours. It was filthy the sheets were nasty bathroom nasty and the staff could care less. They are renovating or sold it to another company they should close until ready.

This place is a JOKE! Don't waste your money. They gave my room to someone else, so me and my three children had to sleep in one bed together for the first night of our stay. They moved us into a double room the next morning and it was FILTHY and looked TERRIBLE. Then had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I looked at them like the lunatics they are. PISS POOR PLACE.

Did not stay here, was dirty. Upon arriving was told at check in that we can’t check into our room due to room not being ready due to construction. It would be another 2-3 hours before it would have been ready, mind you, my husband and I had to get ready and be somewhere by 6pm. The. Was told that it was possible that the reservation might be cancelled due to the construction. Advised the front desk I would like to cancel it and she told me to cancel through the app, so I am not out more money for a horrible hotel that I didn’t even stay at!!!

Property is advertised as a Comfort Inn, but is actually undergoing the transformation of becoming a Comfort Inn. It is still very much so operating as a motel on the south side of Chicago. Be safe.

Was not aware by the photos that this is in a terrible area and that it is currently being remodeled. Knew as soon as we walked in with the full bag of chips just scattered across the couch in the lobby and the scratched up doors and walls everywhere this was not a decent hotel.

It was horrible. Tomorrow will be a week and I still have not received my $100 incidental fee back. The hotel is going through major construction. Mattresses were all in the hall on the first floor. Front door was wide open at 10 pm at night. I will stay here in the future.

Even though this was supposed to be a Comfort Inn, the sign on the building had another name. Went in to check in and they were not able to pull up the reservation. Asked front desk if it was a Comfort Inn and was told "no" drove around at least 1 hr looking for hotel because the website had no official address and no phone number to call front desk. After talking to Expedia, found out that was the Comfort Inn. Asked for refund and they refused. NEVER will go here again
