Well stocked coffee in the lobby, very cozy place in cool neighborhood. Loved the robes. Plan to park in ramp a block away, which was fine.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Mattress are little low category, so wasn't able to sleep well but very quite place even though its close to a train station. Wish they had coffee in the room rather than in the lobby :).

The room was comfortable overall, though the heating and A/C setup was a bit unusual — the radiators seemed to turn on and off at random, making it hard to keep a consistent temperature. There were also no luggage carts available, likely because of the very small elevator. The staff wasn’t the warmest, and the view from the room was mostly bricks and cinder blocks. That said, the location and price were excellent, and I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially in warmer weather.

Nice hotel outside of the busy CBD. We picked this hotel due to its location. Having the train line right next door made traveling to/from the airport and checking out the city very convenient. The room was small but clean. We did not get the room upgrade we hoped for. Lots of great restaurants around. The hotel is older but I found it charming!

Great location in Lakeview just off the Bellmont stop. Was here on a long layover and had plenty of options for dinner and breakfast within steps of the hotel. Hotel is older, but very well maintained.

Room very good for an old building. Staff friendly but didn’t seem to know how to get out of parking. Said they were “out of passes” so you had to pay the building rate and not the hotel rate. Right next to the train station so very convenient for getting around; many food options.

The room was just slightly larger than a closet and the access card for parking did not work coming or going, which was not a source of concern for the front desk. The room was drab & nothing like the pics on the Expedia site. The hotel was dreary bordering on depressing...
