Very small room - as wide as a king-sized bed is long. Like a small cabin on a cruise ship. If two people use the bed, one will have to crawl over the other. "Bathroom" is an opaque glass partition containing a toilet and shower. Period. And the blinds are perforated. When someone in the building across the way turned on a light in their building, I could see them pretty clearly with the shade down. Don't know if they could see me. Fair amount of street noise, too

I liked the convenience to the tourist areas and the color scheme of Citizenm. My major disappointment with this hotel is that it reminded me of a dorm or a cabin cruise room it appears to target young people because our room was extremely small with one way in and out of the bed because the bed was pressed against the wall by the window. Theres no expectation of privacy because the bathroom glass was covered but you could still see someone taking a shower. The staff was short handed because getting towels or getting the room clean sometimes was a challenge. Drinks was high as hell. Refrigerator wasn't cold. Gym was nice. Once again nice for young people and singles looking to crash but not for vacationers who have had far better hotel experiences

The rooms are small but have everything you need - probably most appropriate for a solo or couples getaway. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, great location and nice pitdoor areas, I would definitely stay again.

Small but honestly still bigger than I was expecting. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for a short stay in Chicago! Would recommend. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
