Easy and non hectic stay. The staff was really nice and kept our bags secure and safe before even being checked into our room. Second time staying here and loved it. The Staff!! I can’t say enough great things about the staff at this Courtyard. They were all amazing, customer-focused, and extremely professional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and immediate assistance from the Valet. The check-in process - she was so sweet and offered us perfect recommendations. Elana! LOVED her. She really goes above and beyond. Overall, we loved our stay. Three ladies traveling to Chicago for the weekend - we felt safe in this hotel and the surrounding community.
