About this space
European style first floor apartment in a charming three story home built in 1910. Newly renovated with private entrance, 2 BR, bathroom, spacious living /dining room. Bedrooms have queen beds and ample closet space. Living room includes a pullout couch for an extra guest and a dining area equipped with a TV, coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave , toaster and mini fridge. NO Kitchen available. On a quiet tree lined avenue , free street parking and an easy walk to local shopping bars and dining.
This space is perfect for couples or friends or family traveling together. Not appropriate for large groups of young adults who are going to party and return all odd hours of the night as this is my home as well. If you have late night plans - this is not the right place for you.

Other things to note
This is a three story home . The first floor is for our guests . I live upstairs with my family so please expect normal household noises like footsteps. On a more positive note - it is so tranquil that you can hear birds chirping which is unexpected in the middle of the city !
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, which features a microwave. There's a private patio. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
