Fantastic hotel

The front desk clerk was fabulous, room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a short 4 minute drive to the Rivers Casino for the concert we attended. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of hot and cold items. We would stay her again definitely.

So disappointed in our stay… I totally understand that it’s a reasonable price. However, the room we were given was disgusting. The sheets had not even been changed, there was a red brown stain and hair all over the sheet. When we went to the front desk to inquire about it the woman said that she could give us sheets that we could change the bedding out ourselves or she had a room that was technically out of order…. We decided to take the out of order room.. but she did not offer to discount our stay or anything. Really terrible customer service and a dreadful experience. Needless to say we will not be staying at another Avid.
